Our History

Founded in 1998 as an AG (corporation), the company's headquarters have been located in the "Softwarezentrum" (software center) of Böblingen-Sindelfingen since 2003. The SPIRIT/21 group is represented across Germany with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Munich and Schweinfurt, and subsidiaries are located in Vienna and Zurich.

SPIRIT/21 Group currently has around 450 permanent employees and 300 freelancers. Since we were founded, our philosophy is to be a profit-oriented but socially responsible business.

SPIRIT/21 has many wonderful opportunities for young people that are just starting off in the working world. Each year we take on and train 25 apprentices and dual study (DHBW) students. And furthermore, we have helped put many unemployed men and women back to work.

As part of our social commitment, we support and promote non-profit organizations as well as social, cultural and athletic clubs.
