SPIRIT/21 also provides education and training for technology-oriented professions. As an example, we offer trainees and graduates a program of study in collaboration with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden Württemberg). After successful completion of this program, we employ the trainees and graduates within the company when possible.

Since we were founded, our philosophy has been to be a profit-oriented but socially responsible business.
SPIRIT/21 has many wonderful opportunities for young people that are just starting off in the working world. Each year we take on and train 25 apprentices and dual study (DHBW) students. And furthermore, we have helped put many unemployed men and women back to work.
As part of our social commitment, we support and promote non-profit organizations as well as social, cultural and athletic clubs.
